Euroteck completes its largest ever Radiation Safety Installation to IRR 2017 Regulations

Euroteck systems recently completed its largest ever Radiation Safety system installation at Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power station. Nine very large concrete bunkers were equipped to carry out Radiography in accordance with IRR2017. project The main contractor was BYLOR with RPA services provided by L2Businessconsulting and the X-Ray systems provided by Oceaneering. This project was immense from a Radiation Safety perspective as the list of materials illustrates. 99 Light boxes 72 of which were specially designed for the project 12 Radiation Detection Systems 20 Emergency pull cord systems 27 high specification door safety sensors 9 Control Panels 18 Mobile E-stops 4,200 metres of cable The project was delivered on time and on budget.
