EME21T microcminiature TCXO 32.768kHz

The EME21T microminiature TCXO operates at 32.768kHz and I ideal for real-time clock applications.
The CMOS output oscillator exhibits a very low current of 0.79µA at 1.8V and is housed in a microminiature smd package of 2.15 x 1.35mm.
Using a tuning fork with a built in temperature sensor and proprietary algorithms, the EME21T is a highly stable oscillator.

The design offers supply voltage options of 1.8, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3 or 5.0 Volts which great flexibility for design engineers.

The EME21T can operate over -40 to +105°C offering a frequency stability ±8ppm which provides a neat solution for wider temperature applications.
This micro-miniature TCXO is ideal for applications such as, real-time clocks, smart metering, portable instruments, Telematics and many others.
