These German manufactured Debag "Helios/Dila" Heavy duty bakery ovens are designed for Bakery shops wanting the flexibilty of convection oven cooking and traditional deck oven cooking. These ovens can be designed to your own requirements say a 10 rack on top of a deck oven, or two deck ovens siting under a 5 rack etc. The clean stylish looks and optional built in extraction canopy allows these ovens to be used in "Front of House cooking". Features: Convection oven features; Heavy duty convection oven - 5 or 10 rack option 600 x 400mm tray size at 100mm centres Humidity - variable humidity setting control 2 speed fan with automatic fan reverser to give even cook results Controls - Fitted with Programmable digital controls with 12 phases of cooking cycles - Touchscreen version as an option Easy clean - Inner door panel opens and internal oven has easy clen stainless steel mirror finish Automatic inbuilt wash system option - no manual cleaning of oven, wash cycle can take between 35 to 87 minutes depending on cycle chosen and it uses a non hazardous biodegradable liquid detergent.
