This Arris Meat Dry Ager, meat maturing refrigerator, ideal for Dry Aging beef and other cuts of meat. The meat is hung in a Micro climate of controlled temperature, humidity and air quality. The Himalayan salt block placed in the base of the refrigerator adds enhanced flavour to the meat and controls humidity
