Adam Dibble - Walkbury Electronics Limited

Here at Walkbury Electronics, we have been using Elite7 Installations for many years. We have bought many Samsung/HANWHA Pick and Place machines off them, including our latest addition, the Hanwha-SM471PLUS chip shooter. Along with this new machine, we also bought software called T-OLP, part of the T-Solution Software. This is a clever piece of software which optimizes our production lines and having used it for the past 4 months we find that it has increased our productivity by around 25%. This is a lot of time saved so we can accept more orders and, in the future, expand as accompany. As a company Elite 7 have catered for our every need and are only a phone call away when it comes a technical issue with the machines. They’re very helpful and are always on hand for advice when looking ways to improve our processes time and time again. We enjoy the personal relationship we have with them and we don’t feel like just a customer, but more as friends as they are always friendly and willing to support us as a company when needed. We look forward to dealing with Elite 7 more often in the future.
