New RF Finishing Machine Unveiled at InterBrush

The potential of the new RF Flexible Paint Roller Finishing Machine was clear to see at this year's InterBrush, with product changeovers actually being shown mid-demonstration. There was huge interest in the RF and a record number of delegates visiting our stand at the show. The RF Flexible Paint Roller Finishing Machine was designed for versatility and the ability to produce world beating roller covers. It is ideal for companies that have lower volume requirements, or larger firms that want short production runs of their high-end products. Controlled via a touch-screen display, the machine can store up to 175 product programs for easy retrieval of machine parameters. A number of features aid maintenance and troubleshooting, for example a special 'Setup' run mode makes setting for a new product or fabric easier than ever before. It is therefore no surprise that many roller producers attending InterBrush were impressed by the high quality output and speed of changeovers that the machine can achieve.
