In order to meet industry demands for smaller open frame power supplies with no low power consumption Mean Well have announced the latest model for their EPS range. This miniaturized open frame PSU only has a footprint of 3” by 2” making this the smallest 65 watt available in Ecopac Power’s extensive range of power supplies. The features of the EPS-65S series include ultra-low no load power consumption of less than 0.1watts, height of only 24mm with 80 - 264VAC full range input. The Mean Well EPS-65S has been manufactured as a Class II power unit (without FG) and with high efficiency of up to 91%. Designed with a working temperature range of -30 to +70°C other standard functions of the Mean Well EPS-65S series include protections of short circuit, overload, over voltage, over temperature, 3 year warranty and offers various output voltages between 3.3V and 48V. The EPS-65S series comply with certificates per UL/CUL/TUV/CB/CE suitable applications include industrial electric equipment, electro-mechanical instruments, factory automation systems and any electronic devices which require low no load power consumption.
