Regeneration

Simply load oven with chilled food and it will hold the food at a suitable temperature. At the flick of a switch, the unit will regenerate the food, then automatically switch to keep hot and retain the food at the correct serving temperature until ready to serve. Top insert with two thermo panels. Classic gantry mounted over as standard. fitted with a chilled food regeneration oven. Optional triple tube tray slide.
