The range, which is manufactured in bright-polished stainless steel comes with a wide variety of accessories. Toughened glass built-in Thermo-panel elements guarantee evenly-distributed heat over the whole area. The automatically-controlled surface temperature keeps food at 75-110?C and prevents unauthorised adjustments. Each panel is 1/1 gastronorm size, with 1-4 panels per unit, depending on size. This unit is fitted with a quartz heated/illuminated gantry.
