Woodwaste extraction system with burner

When a wooden toy manufacturer moved into a brand new factory unit a new dust extraction system was required. Dustair designed and installed the dust filter, ductwork and fans, with a woodwaste burner supplied and installed by Ranheat Limited. This combination provides efficient dust removal together with energy savings and a reduced carbon footprint as the waste burner heats the factory. The systems were installed and commissioned to coincide with commencement of production at the new factory site and official opening by HRH the Duke of York.
