Durapipe launches Dialock Actuation

Due to the popularity of our newly launched Dialock® diaphragm valve, we have launched a range of actuation options to meet the increasing demand for automated processes within the industrial services industry. The new range of Dialock® actuators are all pneumatically operated, powered by a present compressed air supply, and can be supplied with either fail safe open, fail safe closed or dual acting options as standard. Incorporating a robust PP-GR actuator body suitable for corrosive environments, the products are ideal for applications requiring high operating frequency and a long valve lifetime under aggressive service conditions. As with the manual Dialock® valve, the actuators are packed full of innovative features. The new DV actuator offers an optical positioning indicator as standard, along with a self-branding tool to allow users to customise the valve to their personal requirements. Ideal for applications where space is restricted, when installing the actuator in confined spaces, the connections can be oriented in line with the piping. While the floating pin connection between the actuator stem and diaphragm prevent concentrated loads, improving the seal durability and extending its lifetime. Dialock® actuation is available in PVC-U SuperFLO ABS, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene; we will be offering the DV Actuted Dialock Valve in sizes ½” / 20mm and ¾” / 25mm and the DVP Actuated Dialock Valve in sizes from ¾” / 25mm up to 2” / 63mm. Our Dialock Actuation range can also be equipped with accessories including solenoid valves, positioners and a range of valve spares.
