The range of Marco Gear pumps are positive displacement pumps that transfer fluids by the action of rotating gears. The pumps feature helicoidal, interlocking gears that rotate to create suction, drawing fluid into the pump. As the gears rotate, they transport the fluid along their teeth before releasing it on the discharge side. Depending on the fluid viscosity and system configuration, most gear pumps are self-priming and able to draw fluid from a level below the pump.

Marco gear pumps are widely used in industries such as agriculture, automotive, municipal vehicles, carwash, pole-fed window cleaning, and marine. Applications include agricultural and horticultural spraying, dust suppression, portable water systems, chemical transfer and injection, and oil and diesel transfer and extraction.
