Manufacturing Area Extension, Oxfordshire

DMA Interiors were appointed by Onelan to upgrade their Headquarters premises at Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The project included the refurbishment of production and warehouse areas. Phase 1 of the project required the creation of a new demonstration suite within the existing warehouse area. Having relocated the existing pallet racking and the removal and disposal of existing steel partitioning, construction began on the demonstration suite. The perimeter walls were built from composite panel partitioning to match the existing partitioning, and overlaid with a 1200mm x 600mm grid suspended ceiling. All surrounding walls were then redecorated and the floor covered in vinyl tiles to match the existing tiles. New electrical and data points for CAT 5e and CAT 6a data sockets were installed within two compartments of galvanised trunking located above the ceiling. Ceiling mounted cassettes were installed for both heating and cooling to the area. In addition, DMA also re-located the existing kitchen area and installed a new extraction unit in the new kitchen area. DMA delivered the project on time and on budget and look forward to delivering more projects to Onelan in the near future.
