Developer Money Market is delighted to have appointed a new Property Finance Broker, Baldev Dhanda. Baldev’s role will strengthen the team at Developer Money Market and help deal with the increasing level of new property development finance leads.
CeMap qualified, Bal brings his expertise in managing a wide range of finance cases, including light refurbishments, heavy refurbs and ground-up new builds in both regulated and unregulated bridging. This important role for the company will include assessing each client’s funding requirements for development, mezzanine, bridging, dev exit or joint venture funding. This will involve getting a thorough understanding of each client’s experience, the project strengths and weaknesses, the financial benefits and, of course, the exit route.
