The requirement for this project was to provide low cost offices with a boardroom which would still look pleasant but not costing much money. The 50mm wide composite system still offers a degree of sound insulation and can still be made to look really nice with double glazed blinds, powder coated frames and veneered doors. To improve the sound insulation between offices we used a 75mm wall in these positions only to keep costs down.
