My Gratitude For The Work

Good Afternoon I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my gratitude for the work done by Annette Hemmingway who is my contact for your company. In what has been an unusual year it has been reassuring to know that I can rely on Annette to make sure that things have continued to run smoothly when I have not been around. Also when I have been at work and things haven't necessarily gone to plan, again Annette has been able to sort things out with her usual quick responses and efficiency. I am not in the habit of doing this sort of thing, I don’t have the time and I expect people to do their job, but in what has been a unique and difficult year I thought I would make an exception in Annette Hemmingway's case because she has been completely reliable as always and has helped make my work life an awful lot easier than it could have been.
