Litho and Digital printer Scubaprint transform and expand their finishing division with the introduction of a new Uchida Aerocut slitter, cutter, creaser purchased from Chilvers Reprographics. Scubaprint had been using smaller hand finishing equipment to crease, cut and perforate their jobs individually. They needed to speed up and streamline there finishing processes so the Uchida Aerocut multi finisher was the ideal solution. The state of the art suction feed Uchida Aerocut is the complete after print solution, it will crease, cut and perforate up to 350gsm in a single pass feeding stocks such as offset, coated, glossy, UV coated, laminated etc. The advanced upper belt suction feed system allows the Scubaprint employees to load their stock, retrieve a job through the intuitive touch screen and leave the machine to run.
