A Phase 3 Remediation Strategy outlines how contamination risks will be managed, mitigated, or removed. This document is typically required by local planning authorities as a condition of development approval. Our team prepares clear, compliant strategies tailored to the type of contamination and the end use of the site.
Once remediation is complete, a Phase 4 Verification Report (also known as a validation report) is prepared to demonstrate that the site has been remediated in line with the approved strategy. This confirms to planning officers, regulators, and stakeholders that the land is now safe and suitable for use.
We work with developers, consultants, and contractors to provide end-to-end contaminated land solutions-from strategy to implementation and reporting.
