CardProTM International Takes pride in providing highly skilled technical support to its OEM card customers. This ranges from advice on the design of Card interfaces for new equipment, to finding solutions to keep card based legacy equipment in operation. The capability to design and manufacture custom Cards and Card associated equipment benefits from the unique experience gained from nearly three decades dedicated involvement within the I/C card industry. CardProTM International are able to design custom labelling for its customers using a Thermal Transfer printing system that is able to create barcodes, serial numbering, auto scalable True Type fonts and high resolution graphics in multiple primary colours. The labels used and printing inks are extremely durable and able to withstand wide temperature ranges, solvent and aqueous cleaning and abrasion. There are no design and tooling charges and there is only a per label charge for very complex multicolour designs. CardProTM International provides a no cost Card programming service to its Card customers. In the case of 38edge OTP Cards, this ensures that the customer gets a 100% yield, without having to bear the extra cost of inevitable programming rejects.
