ABOUT THIS PROJECT Location: Shoreditch, London Build Type: New Build Client: RGB Group Completion Year: Ongoing Project Summary Located in the hub of Shoreditch the 5-star hotel will comprise of 87-rooms spread across 8-storeys. On Blake’s Hotel, Build-Therm will install the Light-Weight Infill SFS from Frameclad and Mechslip Brick Slip Cladding System from Ash&Lacy using Ibstock Linear Bricks formed into slips. As well as Petrarch Re-Constituted Stone from Architectural Panel Solutions to form the banding. The materials palette will emphasise the history of the area and harmonise with the surrounding architecture of Victorian warehouses.
