Founded in 1969, Brooke Air brings over five decades of expertise to the design and manufacture of grilles, diffusers and louvres. The capabilities previously recognised under the JC Vents brand are now fully integrated into Brooke Air, consolidating all external weather louvre production, architectural metalwork, sheet-metal fabrication and in-house powder coating under one cohesive identity.

As part of Maico Group, a leading global ventilation specialist, Brooke Air has expanded its R&D capability, strengthened product development and extended its international reach across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Our focus on reliability, attention to detail and technical performance has made Brooke Air a trusted supplier to government buildings, major retail chains, financial institutions, high-end residential developments, custodial environments and Ministry of Defence facilities.

To support ongoing growth, we have invested significantly in our manufacturing infrastructure, enhanced our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, broadened production oversight and further developed our customer service provision.

All products are manufactured at our UK facility in Wickford, Essex, and supplied into a broad range of sectors, including commercial buildings, heritage and high-end residential schemes, data centres, nuclear and other critical environments, healthcare and medical facilities, industrial and manufacturing sites, defence and security projects, and marine and offshore applications.

Brooke Air is widely recognised as a leader in stainless steel and solid brass air terminal devices, as well as a leading manufacturer of plaster-finish grilles, supporting architects and specifiers who require high-integrity materials or seamless integration with interior finishes. Our portfolio is among the widest and most configurable on the market, allowing precise alignment with both performance criteria and architectural intent.

We manufacture in aluminium, solid brass and 304/316 stainless steel (including low-carbon grades), with finishing options that include stove enamel, powder coating to any BS or RAL colour, anodising, colour anodising, polishing and full colour matching to premium ranges such as Farrow & Ball and Little Greene. This design flexibility ensures our air terminal devices remain visually coherent even in highly visible or architecturally sensitive spaces.
