Over the past 12 months, Bell Integration has experienced significant growth and transformation, culminating in surpassing £1 billion in revenue for the fiscal year ending March 2024. This milestone reflects a substantial increase from £175 million in 2020, achieved through a combination of consulting services, technology sales, managed services, and lifecycle management.

In February 2024, Bell made its first acquisition in seven years by onboarding the digital-first managed services team from AI software company Amelia. This strategic move expanded Bell’s AI capabilities, enabling the company to offer comprehensive AI solutions, including strategic consulting, architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing support. The acquisition also bolstered Bell’s presence in the UK, India, North America, and Europe.

Further enhancing its AI portfolio, Bell announced a partnership with NICE in October 2024, becoming the preferred European delivery partner for the NICE CXOne Suite. This collaboration aims to drive AI-powered digital transformation in contact centers, leveraging Bell’s expertise in cloud, systems integration, and AI to deliver comprehensive customer experience solutions.

To focus on its core systems integration business, Bell simplified its corporate structure in 2024 by spinning off its procurement management business and its subsidiaries. Additionally, the company agreed to a management buyout of the Hamilton Rental business, allowing Bell to concentrate on its primary service offerings.

Bell’s strategic initiatives and robust growth trajectory have solidified its position as a leading IT services provider in the UK and beyond.
