1x2 High Power NanoSpeed Optical Switch is available through BBN International for customers seeking specialist optical, electronic and industrial technology solutions.
Optical blocking Configurable operation Instrumentation The NS Series 1x2 solid-state fibre optic switch connects optical channels by redirecting an incoming optical signal into a selected output optical fibre. This is achieved using a patent pending non-mechanical configurations with solid-state all-crystal design which eliminates the need for mechanical movement and organic materials. The NS fibre optic switch is designed to meet the most demanding switching requirement of ultra-high reliability, fast response time, and continuous switching operation.
Key features: Solid-State high speed; Ultra-high reliability; Low insertion loss; Compact size; Low cost; Low power consumption; Simple driver.
Typical applications: Optical blocking; Configurable operation; Instrumentation.
