TCIP/IP side via HTML. 2 off switches for quick selection of user defined / default IP addresses •Mounting: Din Rail with integrated grounding The Ethernet POWERLINK router provides convenient networking access to ABB e100 MINT motion systems utilising the real-time Ethernet protocol, Ethernet POWERLINK (EPL). The EPL router operates in similar manner to any normal Ethernet router on its non-real-time Ethernet port. A second port behaves in accordance to the Ethernet POWERLINK specification for EPL router devices. This then provides a secure means of connecting a standard Ethernet network to a real-time POWERLINK system. Remote access, connection to factory network or simply a PC HMI connection The device allows a standard Ethernet network, such as a factory information network, to be connected to a POWERLINK system for data access, such as data exchange for visualisation and control, or remote access for maintenance and diagnostics. Network Address Translation (NAT) NAT allows public IP addresses to match the factory network to be configured for EPL devices such as drives, via a simple HTML interface..
