BW Precision - First on the Grid at Silverstone

It was a cold and blustery day in deepest darkest Northamptonshire. Colin’s hair was going everywhere, but despite this minor setback we battled on and visited our friends at BW Precision. We had a great time and Ben always makes us welcome. As is usual it was a very light hearted affair. It is apparent that whilst they work hard they enjoy what they do and there is a great team atmosphere. Ben Warren, MD, told us about a few of the things that make them stand out; - We can quote Aristotle -‘The whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts’. They work their machines beyond what you would normally expect. That doesn’t mean they are worked to death; what they do is combine the quality of the staff with the quality of the machines to enable them to produce components far beyond their individual capabilities. - They have recently taken on Calvin Hughes to take control of their quality control and inspection process. He has taken their levels of work from excellent to outstanding, and this is confirmed by one of their clients, Redbull Racing
