Cradle vat for ricotta coagulation Manufacture

These are fixed vats standing on feet and suitable for the production of ricotta from whey by heating the contents. The vats have a cradle-like design and are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. They are complete with a cavity lining on the bottom to keep the product at the required temperature, and the side panels are lined with high-density rock wool for an excellent thermal insulation. The vats are available in two models: one heats the product by means of the direct injection of steam; the other heats the product by injecting steam inside the cavity lining on the bottom of the vat. The vats range in size from 500 to 1,500 L. They are designed to allow for the use of minimum and maximum level and temperature control probes.
