Attica Components manufactures high precision metal assemblies by laser welding and other precision welding techniques. Thin-wall tubes, high precision machined components, miniature precious metal parts and micro-assemblies are also made to meet customer specification. Stainless steel, nickel alloys including kovar, titanium, nitinol, platinum and other precious metals, special metals and alloys are laser welded or assembled. Alternative techniques for joining miniature components and micro-components are also offered, including electron-beam welding, vacuum brazing and precision TIG welding. Our miniature assemblies and precision components include hypodermic tubes and needles, other miniature tubes and precision machined parts, metal foil and precision stamped parts. Tubes and other fabricated parts are manufactured to tight tolerances, ready to be used either for further assembly or in critical applications by our customers. Miniature tubes can have shapes removed from their walls, including holes drilled in the tube wall by laser. Laser cutting can also be used to confer a particular shape to the end-cut of the tube. Special metal wires and ribbon, made from titanium, stainless steel and other metals are offered. Enamelled wire can be produced in lengths with the enamelling removed at the ends of lengths to allow a clean join.
