EEEGR ‘Meet the Buyer’ Norwich City FC With 11 major Oil & Gas companies under one roof, East of England Energy Group (EEEGR) Meet the Buyer event was destined to be a success. The venue was Norwich City Football Club. It was transformed by over 100 delegates – networking from as far afield as Aberdeen and The Netherlands. Presentations on topics ranging from the introduction of the “OGA’s Supply Chain Action Plan” to an update on the “SNS Rejuvenation Group”, led to one-to-one sessions later in the day. The event was designed to improve communications between operators, Tier 1 contractors and the wider chain. We focussed on offering advice on storage to current and prospective customers. Most of our tanks and pressure silos can be used within the Oil & Gas industry – our transportation, bunded and horizontal tanks being particularly popular. All-in-all, a successful event.
