Northamptonshire based Astraseal's trade website, is regarded as the home of the United Kingdom’s number one, PVC-u and aluminium window, door and conservatory fabricator. We operate from 3 manufacturing sites, totalling 110,000 square feet, Astraseal is one of the UK’s largest and most successful trade fabricators. Established in 1979 we were one of the pioneers in the fledging PVC-u window market and still retain our market leading position today, continually launching innovative new products and services to help our trade customers have the edge over the competition. One of the main advantages of buying from Astraseal is our extensive in-house manufactured product range. Our team can offer the complete range of REHAU products which includes the Total 70 system in chamfered, semi sculptured and fully sculptured profiles; the Geneo system; bi-folding doors, vertical sliders, fully reversible windows, curtain walling and composite doors set in a REHAU outer frame. Our secondary PVC-u system supplier is Synseal, through whom we offer inline sliders, vertical sliders and the newly launched Warm Core aluminium sliding door. The impressive conservatories that we supply are manufactured using Synseal’s popular Global Roof system which is available with either glass or polycarbonate options. When it comes to aluminium, we offer a choice of two market leading systems in Smarts and Reynaers. Products available in these systems include windows, doors, curtain walling, bi-folding doors and shop fronts. Astraseal manufacture all our glass units in-house, unlike many other competing fabricators, which means that you can access the complete fully glazed product direct from Astraseal, and we have an in-house spray booth so can offer frames in any RAL colour.
