New Electronic Products

Assemtech Europe Ltd have recently released a new range of electronic tilt and motion sensing products. These products are designed to meet market requirements for the more accurate and repeatable sensing required in an increasingly hi-tech environment. Many of the products are configurable to meet individual requirements and as always Assemtech are happy to discuss any requirements which may involve a custom design. Motion sensing Applications include: Property and vehicle theft. Vibration event data logging. Detection of machine or engine potential failure. VHS-001 Configurable Micro Controlled Motion Sensor Fully functioned motion sensor with all sensitivity and alarm parameters configurable using the onboard RS232 interface. High power MOSFET output. Includes on board temperature sensor with its own MOSFET output. If the RS232 interface is not required we suggest using VHS-S4-P2A0-003. The device can be used initially to find the correct sensitivity parameters for the customer’s specific requirements. Once the parameters are known they can be pre-set into the VHS-S4-P2A0-003 for production quantities. VHS-002 Basic de-bounce circuit adjustable by potentiometer. No configurable parameters. MOSFET and TTL logic outputs. VHS-003 Basic Micro Controlled Motion Sensor Same fully functioned features as the VHS-S4-P2A0-001 but without the RS232 interface or temperature sensing. Very competitively priced micro processor controlled sensor. Tip Over sensing Applications include: Object fallen over detection. Tip over event data logging. Roadside equipment knocked over sensing. DHS-001 Configurable Micro Controlled Tip Over Sensor Fully functioned tip over sensor with de-bounce and alarm parameters, configurable using the onboard RS232 interface. High power MOSFET output. Includes on board temperature sensor with its own MOSFET output. DHS-002 Basic Micro Controlled Tip Over Sensor Same fully functioned features as the DHS-S4-P2A0-001 but without the RS232 interface or temperature sensing. Very competitively priced micro processor controlled sensor. Humidity sensing Applications include: Monitoring livestock environment. Office workplace data logging. Delicate machinery monitoring. Hospital and elderly care room alarms. HSS-001 Micro Controlled Humidity & Temperature Sensor Fully functioned humidity and temperature sensor with alarm parameters configurable using the onboard RS232 interface. High power MOSFET outputs. Tilt sensing incorporating ball switches Applications include: Theft detection for property or vehicles. Basic tilt event logging. Machine operation detection. THS-001 Configurable Micro Controlled Tilt Sensor Fully functioned tip over sensor with de-bounce and alarm parameters configurable using the onboard RS232 interface. High power MOSFET output. Includes on board temperature sensor with its own MOSFET output. THS-003 Basic Micro Controlled Tilt Sensor Same fully functioned features as the THS-S4-P2A0-001 but without the RS232 interface or temperature sensing. ETS 90SS range Single or dual axis electronic tilt sensor with operational and alarm parameters configurable using the onboard RS232 interface. High power MOSFET outputs only. ETS 90SS-6 Single or dual axis electronic tilt sensor with RS232 output only. For data logging or computer control applications that do not require any signal outputs. ETS 90XA & ETS 90DA Single & Dual axis, bipolar output Electronic tilt sensor with operational and alarm parameters
