Custom manufactured to your specifications Since the company was formed in 2004; Asgard has always taken the quality and accuracy of it’s work very seriously. We have worked in the medical sector from the beginning, initially working to ISO 9001:2008 and offering our customers traceability, repeatability and reliability. So it should come as no great surprise that the latest products we can now offer are Bone Screws and that we are now implementing ISO 13485. It is our aim to produce Bone Screws to order in batches or to scheduled call-off to individually tailored customer designs. In extensive discussions with all of our existing orthopaedic customers we felt that this was the best option. We can produce all types of Bone Screw configuration in Titanium alloys and AISI Stainless materials such as 316L VM. If required, we can also produce screws from cannulated metals. Our involvement in this sector of the medical industry does not end with bone screws. We have produced other implantable devices and other items and tools for surgery; such as awls, drivers, extractors and reamers.
