Update on Alfa Gomma S.p.A.
On 27 May, the Milan Business Court, following proceedings initiated by the
Company, appointed a board of three professionals with specific expertise,
strong credentials, and unquestionable independence.
The board has been entrusted with the mandate to identify the most suitable and
effective management solutions to ensure the business continuity and long-term
value of the Group.
This will be pursued through a structured enhancement process aimed at
improving the Group value creation.
The Board consists of Dr. Claudio Roberto Calabi and Professors Andrea
Amaduzzi and Enrico Cotta Ramusino.
This appointment ensures stable and shared governance for the Alfa Gomma
Group, as agreed by the shareholders, with the objective of preserving the unity
of the Group’s management and continuing its growth and development path in
core markets.
This direction is further supported by the strong performance recorded in the
first half of the current fiscal year, with the Group achieving approximately 10%
growth in both revenue and profitability — a trend expected to continue based
on the existing order backlog.
