D-type earpiece/microphone

This is the standard "D-type" earpiece and microphone, designed to fit comfortably over the wearer's ear. It features a small microphone along with a Push To Talk (PTT) button, and it also comes with a spring clip which allows the microphone to be easily attached to the wearer's clothing.
