What is SMSTS training?

SMSTS stands for Site Management Safety Training Scheme and is a CITB course aimed at people with responsibility for managing construction sites. The course covers health and safety law, CDM responsibilities, risk assessments, method statements, common site hazards and the management of safer working practices. It is widely used by site managers and construction managers who need a stronger understanding of their health and safety responsibilities.
