A fire risk assessment should not simply be completed once and forgotten. It should be reviewed regularly and whenever significant changes occur that could affect fire safety. Examples may include alterations to the building, changes in occupancy, new equipment, different storage arrangements or a fire-related incident. If you are unsure whether an existing assessment is still suitable, AM Safety Specialists can review current arrangements and advise on the next steps.
