Free-standing platform lift

It has been carefully designed to offer the most flexibility when designing the platform lift location and its configuration. On this model, all four sides of the lift are available for use as doorways, which is rare for many lifts because one side is usually taken up by the lifting mechanisms. This provides the architect full flexibility in the position and orientation of the lift, and means that a complex retrofit into an existing space can be made simpler. It can be installed as a free standing lift, in an atrium or lobby area, or within an existing enclosed shaft. The lift has a maximum lifting height of 14m with up to 6 landings. This, coupled with the small overall footprint and the lack of an external machine room, means that the PR1 Platform Lift is highly flexible for new build or retrofit installations.
