The model 9150-10SF loads a barrel directly from a 310ml (1/10 Gallon) silicone sealant caulk tube. This barrel loader includes a timed dispenser station allowing the operator to set the fill size, press the pedal for repeat filling amount to each syringe barrel. This takes away the need for the operator to judge the deposit size. The timer adjustment can be set to fill any syringe barrel size. High pressure dispenser up to 100 PSI.
The dispenser is controlled via the supplied foot switch. The dispenser is 110/220V power so can be used anywhere in the world. This kit is supplied ready to use including all fittings and sample syringe barrels. A fast and easy barrel loader to bottom fill syringes without excessive air entrapment. Use standard 310ml sealant cartridges.
The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept all luer lock barrels. This version of loader has a metal body retainer and cap. The stand or controller design can vary. Included with this system are syringe filling fittings, caps and connectors.
