The 1000T is a simple to use timed syringe dispenser. It’s light weight and compact size makes this the ideal bench top dispensing solution for all your gluing, solder paste application and most other dispensing for viscous or watery assembly fluids.
Features a super bright four-digit LED timer display. The teach function allows the user to find a deposit size quickly without too much adjustment.
The simplified construction and operation makes it easy for anyone who has never used a dispenser before. You hold the syringe like a pen, adjust the air pressure to suit the liquid being dispensed then press the foot pedal to apply. When the pedal is released, the deposit instantly stops without drips or oozing. It is safe and simple to use and reduces time spent manually applying liquids. The dispenser is supplied with a user guide.
The 1000T comes with three modes; manual, timing and cycling.
Supplied complete with (50) 30cc clear barrels, (50) wiper pistons, (50) end caps, (50) tip caps, (50) assorted tips, (1) 30cc adapter assembly hose, (1) foot switch, (1) finger switch, (1) power cord, instruction guide and manuals. Covered by a 1 year warranty. CE certified product.
Easy to use switchable numbers for adjusting timer or using it on continuous mode. Classic dispenser design. An adjustable vacuum provides suck-back to the tip to prevent watery liquids from dripping.
We recommend the use of our optional inline filter on the air adapter to the syringe when dispensing low viscosity fluids.
The display shows the timer which can be adjusted for repeat deposits, down to micro-dots. This compact dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from any compressor or factory mains supply.
The main kit includes an airline hose and fittings to make air connection easy. Ready to use out of the box.
