The model AD1211MS loads a barrel directly from a 1/10 gallon (310ml) caulking tube silicone sealant cartridge. This barrel loader is connected to an air regulator and set to a pressure suitable for the material but less than 100psi (7 bar).

A switch on the side of the stand activates the air flow and is switched off when the material reaches the desired level. This system does not require connection to a dispenser. It will run directly from a compressed air supply.

The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept all luer lock barrels. This version of loader has a metal body retainer and cap. If used with a foot pedal dispenser, the lever valve is removed and the dispenser controls ON/OFF mode.
