Smooth Flow Tapered Tips

Smooth flow tapered dispensing tips can be used with most assembly fluids and adhesives but are incredibly useful when applying thick pastes. The non restrictive tapered design allows for high viscosity sealants, gels, epoxies and silicones to flow with less pressure. Available in 7 different bore sizes, all colour coded and always from stock. These tips are safe to use under air pressures to 100psi and are completely silicone-free plastics. High quality, smooth flow tapered dispensing tip for controlled application of pastes, silicones, sealants, RTV's, epoxies, grease and other medium to high viscosity fluids. Double helix locking thread for twist-on attachment, coloured plastic for UV protection. Supplied in a sealed box of 50, mid packs of 500 or value packs of 1000. This tip features a smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed using lower pressures. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using TSD931-7 adapter) and with all metering valves. The double helix TTN Series dispensing tips are recommended for applications where dispensing medium and high-viscosity fluids with a high degree of precision and consistency is required. A smooth internal fluid path designed reduces turbulence flow, prevents air entrapment and fluid dripping caused by "back pressure" built up. The flash free orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing. From large size 14 gauge (1.6mm ID) to micro bore 27 gauge (0.20mm ID). Tapered tip series is made of Polyethylene with UV-light block additive. All parts ship direct from stock.
