Digital Timed Dispenser 0-100 psi Model TS250

The TS250 dispenser system will dispense virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied quickly, accurately to reduce adhesive waste, mess and hand fatigue.

This is a system available with 0-100 psi adjustable air regulator for most fluids, gels and pastes or use the 0-15 psi version for watery liquids and solvents.

You hold the syringe like a pen, adjust the air pressure to suit the liquid being dispensed then press the foot pedal to apply. When the pedal is released, the deposit instantly stops without drips or oozing. It is safe and simple to use and reduces time spent manually applying liquids.

The dispenser is supplied with a user guide. An optional electric finger switch is available allowing the user to control the dispenser by hand rather than the foot pedal.
 
An adjustable vacuum provides suck-back to the tip to prevent watery liquids from dripping and other materials from oozing. We recommend the use of an inline filter on the air adapter assembly to the syringe when dispensing very low viscosity fluids (part 881-000-000).

The LCD display shows the timer which can be adjusted from 0.02 to 60 seconds for repeat deposits, down to micro-dots. A reset able shot counter shows the number of deposits made during a shift.

This compact dispenser sits on the bench and requires a an air input from any compressor or factory mains supply. It is supplied with an airline hose and fittings kit to make connection easy.

With dual voltage, it will work with any power supply and is supplied with plugs for use in most countries. Includes a syringe stand, syringe and piston kit and needle tip kit selection, user guide. Ready to use out of the box. We gives customers the option to choose the syringe barrel size kit to ship with the TS250.
