Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. Popular for use in aerospace, automotive, electronics and product assembly.
The AD16 series manual guns are hand operated, high quality dispensers designed to accept industry standard cartridges. For the application of sealants, silicones, adhesives, potting compounds, pastes, epoxies and other materials that are packaged in cartridges or Techkit®, Semkit® multi-component materials. Manual dispensers are also useful for “in-field” application work, repair or re-work.
A threaded aluminium retainer sleeve provides a tight fit into the ratchet handle, permitting uninterrupted operation. This dispenser series is available in a range of cartridge sizes for 2.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 and 32 ounce size cartridges. Squeeze the trigger to move the plunger rod into the cartridge. When released, the rod retracts back slightly to remove pressure and reduce ooze or drool.
Cartridges allow use of standard nozzles to provide controlled beads or potting or parts. For higher levels of precision, our needle tip adapters can be used with the cartridges for the attachment of all standard luer lock dispensing tips.
Our AD16 series dispensers are covered by a full 12 month warranty and are CE approved. Supplied boxed with a basic guide for a quick setup. Easy to use, lightweight and value for money.
