Cartridge gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. Popular for use in aerospace, automotive, electronics and product assembly.

The AD16 gun is a hand operated, high quality metal dispensing gun designed to accept cartridges for the manual application of sealants, adhesives, potting compounds, and other materials packaged in disposable cartridges or Techkit, Semkit multi-component materials.

This range are excellent for the in-field application of silicones, sealants, adhesives, pastes, and other materials. The ratchet handle is made of steel for tough, durable, long-term use. A threaded aluminium retainer provides a tight fit into the ratchet handle, permitting uninterrupted operation.

Other size dispensers in this range are designed for 2.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 and large 32 ounce size cartridges. Cartridges allow use of standard nozzles for controlled deposits. For more precision, needle tip adapters can also be used with the cartridges for attachment of all standard luer lock tips.

Cartridges are inserted into the cartridge gun threaded retainer sleeve. This ensures the cartridge does not move under constant use from hand pressure. The guns are robust and handle most liquids and pastes dispensed from them. Our AD16 series dispensers are covered by a full 12 month warranty and are CE approved. Supplied boxed with a basic guide for a quick setup. Easy to use, lightweight and value for money.
