A syringe gun is a hand operated manual dispenser that uses industrial syringe barrels and precision tips to apply controlled beads and dots of pastes, gels, glues, adhesives, silicones, greases and other assembly fluids. You load the syringe barrel with your material, insert a wiper piston, attach and tip and hold the gun one-handed.
When you squeeze the trigger, the rod moves down against the piston forcing out the material. The luer lock tip controls the deposit without oozing or drooling.
Manual syringe gun dispensers are simple and cost-effective devices for use with standard industrial syringe barrels. Perfect for lower volume product assembly, product re-work, repair work and remote field work.
Syringe guns offer a dispensing solution for applying most low, medium and high viscosity pastes. Including flux, PVA, solder, grease, gels, silicones, greases and other liquids. A portable and lightweight manual dispenser adding control and consistency. With a 7:1 ratio mechanical leverage on the rod for effortless trigger movement. The rod moves 3mm (1/8 Inch) once pressed to provide controlled deposits.
Push the top button to release the plunger rod and pull it back ready for barrel attachment. Simple bayonet twist on/ twist off barrel secure connection. Barrels are held to the syringe gun by the flange. This ensures the barrel does not break or move under constant use of hand pressure.

Do not use this product with Cyanoacrylate adhesives, rapid curing pre-mixed 2K epoxies or very high viscosity pastes. Contact us for more suitable solutions for handling these materials.
