Premium AD series blunt end UV block precision tips with tube lengths of 1/4”, 1/2, 1”, 1.5, 2.0"”. In standard gauge sizes of 12 to 32. Polypropylene luer lock black UV blocking hub with a blunt end stainless steel blunt end tube.

Designed for dispensing most liquids, gels and pastes but especially light sensitive adhesives. High quality industrial grade tips that are silicone and chloride free.

Safe for use to 100 PSI pressure. Supplied in sealed boxes of 50 pieces.

And smooth flow black tapered tips for UV cure adhesives in gauge sizes 14 to 30.

Ideal for handling fluids, pastes, adhesives, lubricants, and solvent-based liquids, they deliver consistent flow and superior accuracy.

Enhanced Flow Design for Optimal Performance
Blunt-end tips feature an advanced tapered internal design, where the stainless steel tube seamlessly integrates with the polypropylene hub, minimising back pressure and flow restriction. Tapered tips have a design removing all flow restrictions and back pressure so are often used with higher viscosity materials.

✔ Special tube gauge sizes of 10, 11, 12 and 34 are available (minimum quantities apply)
✔ Full opaque black colour hub to block any light exposure to adhesives
✔ Double-helix thread luer lock for leak free attachment
