A.C.K. Materials Handling Limited has quickly built up a reputation for the supply of steel pallets and materials' handling equipment to various sectors of the industry. We have successfully maintained a level of business with our existing Customers whilst at the same time managed to venture into new markets. Our factory is a 30,000sq.ft. unit on 2.5 acres of land situated centrally to the M6 & M62 network. Since our relocation in 1995 it has allowed us to increase our production capacity and improve the material flow which has in turn improved efficiencies. The flow from raw material receipt, through material preparation, manufacture and finishing is a natural loop. This enables us to control and watch over materials throughout the manufacturing process. A.C.K have an established policy to provide all our customers with products and services to the agreed specification at the time and place which they are required. All personnel are aware that the reputation of the company depends on the quality of product and services. Quality is a company-wide goal and not a departmental task. Our main aim is zero defects. We also recognise the importance of Customer service and the need to commit to the highest quality, delivery and price. Our Aim is to secure long term partnerships with our Clients and to be involved in the project every step of the way. This is from CAD concept to the controlled delivery timing plans.
