Edvard Grieg EPC Project – LQ Load-out in Norway

Overview The load-in and load-out of a 1260t living quarters module, Norway has been successfully undertaken by ALE. ALE used 60 SPMT axles to locally site move and load-out the module onto the UR97 barge. The process was then reversed for the subsequent load-in. ALE personnel were responsible for the engineering involved in the ballasting and SPMT operation, the site set up, ballast pump system and winch systems.
