The managing directors of a growing haulage company have paid tribute to the level of service received following a recent project delivered by Abacus Flooring Solutions. Dean Transport of Goole is operated by Andrew & Charlotte Dean. The firm specialises in hauling goods around the country, including everything from cobbles to chocolate. Charlotte Dean of Dean Transport explained: “It’s been our pleasure to have the Abacus team on site to assist with project to upgrade the workshop floor. “The floor was in need of an upgrade, which is what Abacus promised to deliver, and without delay the floor was measured and we were booked in. “ Abacus Flooring Solutions surveyed the garage and listened to their exact requirements and delivered them at a budget. We mechanically prepared the painted concrete to clean the concrete and leave a profile for the resin to adhere, before applying two coats of solvent free, coloured, high build coating in their selected colours. This included the Pit Floor in a slip resistant coating. We then applied the coloured safety hatching to the perimeter of the pit, to include coloured guidelines, all in solvent free epoxy coatings.
