Greenleaf Contractors has been solving surface preparation problems since 2000. What started as a Farrow System franchise in Yorkshire quickly became something more independent. When the franchise collapsed in 2001, we joined three other ex-franchisees to form the Ashrose Group, a cooperative offering low pressure sand jet cleaning across the UK. We're still part owners today, now in our 26th year.

Since then we've built up a genuinely broad toolkit. We specialise in sand jetting, a gentle, low pressure abrasive cleaning method, alongside traditional sand and grit blasting, pressure washing, high and ultra high pressure water jetting, dry ice blasting, chemical cleaning and superheated steam cleaning. We don't push one method regardless of the job. We look at your surface, your constraints and your goals, then recommend whatever actually works, even if that means pointing you towards a technique we don't offer ourselves.

Beyond cleaning, we handle post blast finishing too: priming, painting, on site galvanising with Zinga, and stone and brick sealing with Silane. We also support other operators still running Farrow System machines, sourcing parts, second hand equipment and running tailored training courses.

Based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, we cover Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire as a matter of routine, working regularly in Leeds, Bradford, Newcastle, Sheffield, Hull, York and Lincoln. But the work takes us further afield too. Recent jobs have had us travelling to Edinburgh, Aberdeen, London, Cornwall and beyond.

We're a small, hands on team. Every job is backed by proper qualifications, including IPAF, PASMA, CSCS and confined space certification, and we carry £10 million in Public Liability and Employer's Liability insurance.

Whether it's a listed building needing careful DOFF style steam cleaning, a school playground losing its markings, or a set of steel needing a full blast and prime, we bring two and a half decades of practical experience to every project, nationwide.
