NEW : DMP8500 The DMP8500 is an additive manufacturing machine by laser metal powder fusion process, latest generation. With a useful envelope of 500 x 500 x 500 mm, this machine offers the largest manufacturing volume in its category. The combination of its 3 laser sources (500W) and its double powder feed tray, allows it to drastically reduce the manufacturing time (layering and scaning). The DMP8500 is equipped with vacuum-accelerated inerting, which achieves outstanding and consistent atmospheric quality (<25ppm oxygen) very quickly, ensuring excellent material health and high productivity. The management of the powder in module allows the user to handle it safely while ensuring extremely low turnaround time (production restart or material change). Coupled with cutting-edge peripheral equipment for the entire production process, the DMP8500 is perfectly integrable into a production line. The combination of the modularity of the system with the robust design makes it an adaptable solution on any industrial scale, oriented series production.
